Founded in the early 2000s, Closing Contractor was created when we noticed a need for professional, licensed tradesmen to make repairs on items found during home inspections. We have a vast array of licenses and certifications to take care of any needs that would arise inside and outside of a real estate transaction.

We can take that home that needs a few adjustments or tweaking to make it the perfect home for you. We can also take the home that needs more space or rooms and add whatever is needed.
